The Braun Corporation, the leading manufacturer of wheelchair accessible vehicles and wheelchair lift systems, recently honored Ride-Away of Maine with an award for customer service excellence in the North East Region. The award recipients were selected based on customer survey results over the first two quarters of 2011 and recognize dealers who have a 95% CSI score or better – Ride-Away of Maine has maintained a 99% score this year.
Ride-Away of Maine was a recipient of the 2010 Ralph Braun Signature Award for Customer Satisfaction from The Braun Corporation. Six Braun dealerships, one from each of the company’s sales regions, were honored with the Ralph Braun Signature Award, recognizing outstanding customer service based on customer satisfaction survey results from 2010. This award is presented to dealers who earned the highest average CSI score in the Northeast Region, and the Maine team received an average score of 97.5%.
